Our staff have been involved in high profile contracts including the Navy Marine Corp Intranet program (NMCI), the Interstate 4 construction project and the Central Florida Sunnav ITS project. 

Clenney Communications is headed by Carla Clenney-Wisznia, a CEO whose expertise in contract management began with the State of Florida as a principle procurement and contract negotiations expert. Carla has spent years researching and implementing negotiation strategies for the state and provided technical assistance to district staff in the implementation of various strategies. Carla, a Tallahassee resident and graduate of Florida State University, focuses on business development and contract management for Clenney Communications.

Vince Clenney, VP of Engineering, has a diverse background that includes project management and product development. Vince has developed software and hardware solutions for telecommunications and ITS systems and has an in depth knowledge of telephony, Ethernet, wired and wireless communications, micro-controllers, and web based technologies. Vince was the co-developer of the Optelator (optical telephone line isolator) and lead developer of the RBS-CB used by Florida's Turnpike in its CBRAS program.
